This year's Balloon Manor will be held at The Mall at Greece Ridge, a 1.6 million square foot mall located in the Town of Greece, a suburb of Rochester, NY. The mall contributes to the growing prosperity of the region. The Mall at Greece Ridge is just minutes away from the Rochester International Airport, Charlotte Beach and several universities.

If you are flying in from out of town, the mall is a few minute drive from the Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC). Guests looking for hotel reservations should try the Holiday Inn Rochester Airport.

Individual Tickets:

• Children 12 and under - $6

Groups of 15 or more can schedule tours in advance by calling 585-465-5667.

Tuesday, Oct. 21: CLOSED for repairs and private events
Wednesday, Oct. 22: 3 – 9:30 PM
Thursday, Oct. 23: 3 – 9:30 PM
Friday, Oct. 24: 3 – 9:30 PM
Saturday, Oct. 25: 10 AM – 9:30 PM
Sunday, Oct. 26: 11 AM – 6 PM, followed by MONSTER SALE!

Please Note:

Until Oct 17th, admittance to Balloon Manor will be limited to Official Staff, Official Artists, Official Volunteers, and Official Press. To visit during construction please contact Balloon Manor at (585) 465-5667 for a temporary pass or signup to be a volunteer. For the safety of those working, we will not allow anyone to show up unannounced and volunteer. You must be on our list ahead of time so we can maintain allowable numbers of people on the floor at any time.
